The importance of hair to humans cannot be overemphasized, from the beginning of time the human hair has been treated as a revered and special organ on its own. Understanding that our hair is literally made up of keratin it is of high importance in maintaining an adequate amount of biotin in our diet. Unnecessary and unsupervised use of vitamin supplements should be avoided because they can lead to drug interactions which could end up causing damage entirely. Some foods that contain high levels of hair growth substances, such as amino acids, proteins, vitamins include; berries, avocado, almonds, tomatoes, eggs

This right here is another area where we as humans device ways of destroying our hair ignorantly. In pursuit of healthy hair, we should be weary of the kind of products we bring in contact with our hair.
